Paragraph

Cyberbullying is the use of e-mail, instant messaging, chat rooms, pagers, cell phones, or other forms of information technology to deliberately harass, threaten, or intimidate someone. Nearly 43% of kids have been bullied online. 1 in 4 has had it happen more than once. Cyberbullying is often done by users, who have increasing access to these technologies. The problem is compounded by the fact that a bully can hide behind an electronic veil, disguising his or her true identity. Also 90% of teens who have seen social-media bullying say they have ignored it. 84% have seen others tell cyber bullies to stop. This makes it difficult to trace the source and encourages bullies to behave more aggressively than they might face-to-face.

Reform

People have to stop cyber bullying they are getting kids killed. If no one stops cyber bulling then this will get worse and soon everybody will be mean to each other and never stop. Nut if everyone stop then people can not get hurt or be mean for the rest of their life.
