GETTIN' WIGGY WITH IT
Let's talk WIGs. Take a moment and reflect. Where you are with your WIG knowledge? Consider these questions:
- Can you define a WIG?
- Do you create WIGs for yourself in your personal and professional life?
- Can you share how to create a WIG with someone who is unfamiliar with them?
- Do you know what the 4 Disciplines are that support meeting a WIG?
The Lighthouse Team is here to help you freshen up! During PD this week, there will be time dedicated to strengthening our understanding of not only WIGs, but creating meaningful strategies to achieve and monitor progress on WIGs.
Lighthouse attached resources for you to look through in preparation for PD! Why? The resources are great for providing: 1) reminders of what the 4 disciplines are, and 2) visuals to guide reflection and things to consider when thinking about WIGs and the 4 disciplines.
Lighthouse also requests for you to create and bring one personal or professional WIG to PD. Your WIGs will be used to guide discussion with your colleagues to determine strategies and a scoreboard.
Now WHO is WIGGY excited to get this started? Arrrgh!
