VIRTUAL DRESS UP DAY!
Starting in May, Our Lady of Fatima would like to invite EVERYONE to participate in our themed, Virtual Dress-Up Days! This is a way to have some fun and promote unity with all our families. Please see a list of our Dress Up Days below:
Friday, May 1 (tomorrow): National Space Day and May Day: Dress up in anything space themed OR dress up in anything to represent spring (flowers, etc)! Wear your attire when you zoom and make sure to post your pics to group me!
Friday, May 8: National Coconut Cream Pie Day and National Have a Coke Day! Dress up in tourist/wacky vacation attire and take a picture of yourself eating coconut cream pie or drinking a coke! And relax!
Friday, May 15: National NASCAR Day, National Endangered Species Day, and National Pizza Party Day! We will have 1/2 a day of school today and VIRTUAL FIELD DAY will be this afternoon! Dress up as your favorite NASCAR driver, or your favorite endangered animal, and have a pizza party for lunch! Then we will all participate in Virtual Field Day games as a school!
Friday, May 22: National Don't Fry Day! Summer is here! Don't Fry in the heat! Dress up in your best school-appropriate summer/beach attire and don't forget the sunscreen and sunglasses!
Virtual May Crowning
May is the Month of our Blessed Mother Mary. Please join us as we do a Facebook LIVE Hail Mary and prayer to our Blessed Mother tomorrow, May 1 at 9am, to start the Month of Mary.
Then on May 13th, please join us in another Facebook LIVE session as we do our traditional May Crowning at 9am. Families are welcome to come anytime after 9:30am that day to present flowers to our Blessed Mother. Please remember to only approach the grotto one family at a time and observe all social distance expectations. As per CSO, students and families are not allowed to be on the campus at this time, so please honor this if you come to present our Blessed Mother with flowers.
