Mock Trial Competition

The CHS Mock Trial teams competed in the Indiana Bar Foundation regional competition on February 19. The team consisted of two different squads; "Bachelor of Spine Arts" and "Brace Yourself." The teams presented a civil case as either the defense or prosecution versus teams from all over the state. The students have worked hard perfecting their roles as witnesses and learning legalese for attorney roles. Congratulations to "Brace Yourself" for earning a direct advance to the state finals on March 12 and 13. Brace Yourself team members are seniors Alyson Owen, Kaylin Cook, Rachel Mazzio, Ryan Junod, Elizabeth Carlisle, and junior Mariah Richardson.
