Create an In-Class Instagram
Use this google template to create a class social media “account”. Go to View and switch to Grid View to have a more authentic “feed” look. Students can gather images from Kid Friendly Search Engines, Google, and primary sources online which are listed below. They can also create unique #hashtags and customize their “posts”. Crop and mask images for total customization. Make sure your share settings are set to "Anyone with a Link Can Edit" and share 1 copy with the whole class so everyone can work on the same document. Use the Comment function to facilitate comments and class discussion. As the teacher, you have the ability to moderate the work and track changes. #studentvoice #blendedlearning #BlackHistoryMonth
