What is the disorder?
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is a type of an anxiety disorder where a person takes their feelings and emotions to the extremes as they deal with anxiety, depression, and worry.

- Rituals- urge to do something
- Worry about everything
- Serotonin is blocked from the brain
- Becoming preoccupied with harmful, dangerous, wrong, or dirty thoughts

O.C.D. controls the person's life and causes worry. It is an illness.

How is it treated?
To treat OCD you can receive therapy from special doctors. This type of therapy is Cognitive-Behavior talk and exposure and ritual prevention.

- Do you feel you have to do things a certain number of times, or in a certain pattern?
- Do you have worries, thoughts, images, feelings, or ideas that bother or upset you?
