Principal's Message

Dear IC STEM Families,

We’re off to a great start! Thank you for your cooperation and support as we transition back into fully being on campus.

Back to School Night will be Wednesday, September 1 at 6:30 via zoom. A link will be emailed. All families are invited to the general parent meeting. After the general parent meeting, 8th grade and TK will remain online to meet with their teachers in separate breakout rooms. On Thursday, September 2nd, K-7th grades will have the option to join 1 of 2 sessions to learn more about their child’s classroom. Teachers will email the class links. You may choose to attend at 6pm or 6:30pm.

Grandparent’s Day is September 12. Please send in pictures of your child’s grandparents so we can honor them at our assembly on September 10th. Email all pictures to principal@icschoolmonrovia.org.

Save the Date! Our school pictures are scheduled for September 9. Order forms will be available soon.

Important Reminder

If you need to visit the office, please adhere to social distancing guidelines and wear a mask. All adults coming on campus must complete a screening on the Edverum Campus Screen App.

Father Lepcha's Installation Mass

On September 12 at 10am, we will celebrate Fr. Lepcha's Installation as our pastor. The school is participating in the Mass and luncheon. We are responsible for providing bottled water, juice boxes, and fruit. This is a great service hour opportunity if you can make a monetary donation or you may donate the requested items. We also need help cutting the fruit and assembling small to go containers. If you are available for set up on the evening of September 9th, cutting fruit and assembling to go containers on the 10th, or clean up on the 12th, please email Mrs. Rojas: mrojas@icschoolmonrovia.org. Donations may be dropped off at the office. Please donate all items or money by September 8. Thank You!
