By wearing green, we are showing our commitment to creating a safe and caring environment where everyone's mental well-being matters. Let's come together as a colorful community to raise awareness, spread kindness, and remind everyone that they are not alone in their journey towards better mental health.

Spring ISD celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month

Spring ISD is excited to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, which is celebrated annually from September 15 through October 15. From our emergent bilingual programs to our traditional Hispanic performing arts to Spanish-immersive curriculum, Spring ISD aims to highlight, preserve, and celebrate the district’s Hispanic heritage every single day.

You are invited to help celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, all month long! First, join the conversation by sharing photos of campus celebrations using the hashtag #CelebremosSpring. Be sure and tag the district social media accounts as well, on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

Second, you can highlight yourself, a student, a teacher, a staff member, or anyone else from the Spring ISD community who deserves a shoutout. Just submit using this Google form.

In addition, save the date for Spring ISD’s 2023 Hispanic Heritage Celebration on October 24! Stay tuned for more information later in the month. And be sure to follow along across our social media platforms as we celebrate all month long!

ATTEND TO WIN! LET THE FUN BEGIN!

Help your child win prizes for their classroom and their grade level by coming to school each day, on time! We have kicked off our ATTEND TO WIN program and we see some grade levels and classes really stepping it up! We need 97% attendance each day. We averaged about 30 absences a day this week, so we are improving!

Help us out with the tardies! School starts at 8am! Please make sure they are at school by 7:35am if they'd like to eat breakfast or 8:00am to catch the morning announcements. Any student arriving after 7:55am will not be able to eat breakfast! We look forward to working with all of you to ensure we are hitting our daily 97% daily target!
