Community Connections Gatherings
Welcome to the Pasadena Community Connections monthly newsletter. Here you will find information about the special gatherings we have planned for this month in the Pasadena area. You will also find links to the FTE sign ups for each gathering. Please reach out to me with any questions. We look forward to facilitating connections, inspiring community, and enhancing the adventure of learning!
How to register for a themed park day, field trip or special event:
1. Please login to Inspiration Station(this is where you submit orders for services and products)
2. Click on the drop down next to your name on the top right hand corner
3. Click on field trips
4. Search by Community Connections Pasadena: https://www.icsinspirationstation.net/#/fieldtrips/3#headingtrips
I also have a direct link to register for each event in this newsletter in the description of each event.
Keep checking back as new events will continue to be added.
If it is a public event it will show up when you type that in. Some will be private for the first couple of days after they are posted, so you will want to click the link provided in the newsletter. This will allow local friends to sign up first. Make sure to sign up quickly after getting the link so that you are able to secure a spot. You must be signed up through the system and are not able to just show up to field trips even if they are free, We have limited spots. Let's go on an adventure together
Watch this video for how to check your bookings and how to cancel field trips
Please cancel by the end of the booking date in the FTE for field trips
In order to keep positive relationships with vendors, and also for us to plan events with the proper amount of supplies, please be careful to sign up for trips and events that you will likely be able to attend. We understand that illnesses can make plans to change at the last minute. We definitely understand that. You are able to cancel, when you know in advance, on your own in the FTE up until the closing date. You can really help us out by paying careful attention to that date in the FTE and canceling prior to that date if you need to. We use this data to give vendors final numbers, and also to purchase and provide enough materials. If we find out after that date, supplies have been purchased and vendors have been notified, and it does not allow us to replace your spot. We are getting quite a few cancelations a couple of days before events. We understand that this is all-new, and we are figuring it out with you. No worries. If we could minimize this with open communication that would be great. Also, please make sure you register for each and every event and trip. Thank you for understanding. See you on an adventure soon.
