Dear Bush Families,


We had another eventful and wonderful week at Bush! Kindergarten graduation was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our amazing kindergarten teachers for planning such a special event!


Next week is busy again but we are excited for all the fun things we have planned. All of our students will have Kona Ice during specials on Monday! Specials teachers are looking for volunteers, if you are able to help, please see the link below.

Specials Summer Send Off! Volunteers Needed!

Please review the available slots and click on the button to sign up. Following each grade levels Specials Time, we will need volunteers to help supervise. The students will be able to get Kona Ice and participate in free play areas outside and in the gym. Thank you!

Summer Move A Possibility?

If you currently have plans to move over the summer please contact our registrar, Stacey Randall - (srandall@conroeisd.net or 936-709-1610). There will be a Summer Mover Form sent to you via your child. We ask that you complete it and send it back to school. If some of the information is not known, we can update via email as needed. This will help in planning for the next year. If you are a fourth-grade parent, and your child will not be attending Mitchell Intermediate, I will let Mitchell know of the possible summer move.

2023-2024 New Kindergarten Student Registration

Kindergarten registration is now open for the 2023-2024 school year! Please select the link below to begin the registration process. Children who are 5 years old on or before September 1, 2022, are eligible to register for Kindergarten. For online registration help, please email infosnap-reply@conroeisd.net

Transportation Changes

Transportation changes must be made in writing before 2:00 PM. We cannot accept transportation changes by phone. To submit a transportation change, you may send a written note to the front office with the following information:


  • the date
  • your child's full name
  • homeroom teacher
  • bus number (if applicable)
  • your signature

If an emergency arises, you may send an email to bush@conroeisd.net. The e-mail must include all of the above information and must be received before 2:00 PM. If you submit a transportation change by email, it must go to the email address referenced above. Teachers do not check their email regularly throughout the day, so transportation changes should not be emailed directly to the teacher. Please send a new note for each day the change occurs; we cannot accept notes for multiple days or with multiple changes. District policy states that a student may only ride the bus they are registered to ride; students may not have a transportation change to ride a different bus.
