Xello and the Kansas IPS
Our pathways teachers have been exposing students to high school, college, and career options using the platform Xello. This website has lessons kids complete, as well as areas for kids to upload projects and create a profile and Individual Plan of Study that follows them through graduation. And now, parents have access and can see student progress! Parents were sent an invite but you can click below for more information.
CTEC Visit
In connecting with the IPS and pathways, our 8th graders got to visit the new Cedar Trails Exploration Center this week to learn about the many elective options they will have in high school. Students split into groups and learned about Robotics/Makerspace, Bioscience, Manufacturing Shop, Engineering, Digital Electronics, Graphic Design, Animation/Game Design, Culinary, Auto, & Nursing!
