A Message from Principal Skyles
Hello, McDaniel families,
On Wednesday night, we celebrated the first graduating class of McDaniel High School at Providence Park. It was an amazing night and we enjoyed celebrating with our students as families.
It's hard to believe that the 2020-2021 school year is over --the last day of school was Friday, June 11th for all students.
All students should plan to return all of their checked-out library books, textbooks, novels, and calculators Monday or Tuesday at Marshall Campus between 8 am - 3:30 pm. Please remember that ANY student who is returning to McDaniel HS or will be participating in summer school can keep their Chromebook and Hotspot.
We are preparing to pack up and leave Marshall campus because Benson needs to move it. This means that we will not have a physical building until the end of August.
Please note that you can still leave a voicemail on the main school phone number at 503-916-5220 - someone will return your call during the week. All of the other extensions for staff will be new for next year and no longer work as of Friday.
Here is a link to the PPS calendar for next school year:
Please let us know if you have any questions.
McDaniel HS Checked Out Item - Monday and Tuesday
Monday and Tuesday between 8 am - 3:30 pm. It's important that these items are returned as we will be moving out of the building on Friday and need to finish packing.
If students have Chromebooks or WiFi Hotspots they can keep them if needed for the summer.
We're Moving from Marshall Campus!!
Staff will be working remotely until the end of August.
Although email addresses will still work, the only phone number that will be available is the main office number 503-916-5220,
Remember to check our McDaniel HS website over the summer for updates:
Bootcamp Starts on Monday, June 14th
