Great Things!
The kids really enjoy their "live" time with you all! I had so much fun popping in to class zooms and have a few more to get to this week. You have really embraced this virtual teaching and are rocking it!
Can't wait to see you all this week - even if it's 6 feet apart and with a mask!
The parade you all did was so awesome! I loved seeing you all and felt so loved. I miss you all, and that just made my day! Thank you for all of my goodies too! I am very honored to be a part of this staff.
Sandy was on the Today show last Thursday! Did you see her? So cool!
Challenge/Focus: Emotional Safety (taken from CD website/facebook)
Healthy relationships are fueled by a process of relationship, rupture and repair. The “repair” after moments of conflict has the potential to increase trust, resilience and the overall strength of the relationship. The key is to consciously tend to the repair when a rupture occurs.
Are you willing?

Nuts-n-Bolts:
*Don't forget to continue to check your emails for updates from the district and/or myself.
*CD e-course: Complete session 1 by the end of this week. Email me one take away when you have completed this.
*Please keep your websites updated. If you are not utilizing it for your distance learning, it needs to continue to be updated every two weeks.
*An email went out to follow up on the check out day-- please plan to stop by GHS to get your temp taken before coming to HG. There will not be anyone at HG to take temps. Don't forget to bring your mask.
*Checkout sheets will be in your boxes/in classrooms for you to utilize on Tuesday/Wednesday.
*Teachers: DRDP Spring ratings will be due to be entered and locked by end of the day May 22. You can email me the begin/end rating sheet (normally you would give me a hard copy) once that is completed as well.
PD for week of May 4-8:
-If you are participating in the e-course - session 1 is your PD
-if you are not doing the e-course- please select a PD topic that interests you, and share with me one take away from that by the end of the week.
