Our Combs Cross country team started this season at our season opener here on Wednesday. It was a hot balmy day but we had some great finishes one of them was Mack Beach finishing first for Combs on the boys side and Amaya Amador was our first Lady Coyote to finish with a time of 26:24. The Coyote boys team is 15 boys strong and ready for what is to come. Our next home meet is Wednesday October 13th, come out and see the Road Warriors in action!!

BADMINTON recognizes their SENIORS

Our Badminton team is lead by 4 seniors this year. These seniors were recognized, with their parents, at their home opener Thursday against Gilbert.

Layne Acosta, Connie Chouinard, Zoe Levar and Liberty Martinez are leading this year's Badminton team.

The annual Combs High School Homecoming has grown over the years and the community always looks forward to seeing: floats and vehicles featuring local Police & Firefighters, area business owners, student clubs/athletes, the CHS Marching Band, the 2021 Homecoming Court, and much more.

This year’s activities are quickly approaching! The Homecoming Parade is looking for new committee members to help organize and plan for 2021. If you are interested in helping to continue and grow this special event please contact Mr. Laliberte at

Did you know?? September's Coyote Care subject is Accountability! We know it can be hard to take responsibility for mistakes and poor decisions, and it's also difficult to meet goals when accountability is missing. However, when we take responsibility for our actions then we are more open to growth. Change your mindset...mistakes are simply stepping stones on the path to learning! Here is a great TED talk that focuses on what can happen when you hold yourself accountable:

Did you know?? There are a lot of other things happening in Student Services. October 13 is the school day SAT/PSAT, and those payments are due! Senior presentations will be happening on September 9th and 10th, and we will be working with the AP classes the same day to get everyone registered for their AP exams. Also coming up:

  • September 23: Virtual visits with NAU during all 3 your emails for the room number
