Components of Fitness
The picture represents how your heart rate goes up and you are working all of your muscles while swimming.
It shows Muscular Strength by working out one part of the body and putting strength on that body part.
This shows Muscular Endurance by the lady doing lunges for a while and how she is going in a line and resting then doing a lung again and she is doing movement with her legs.
This shows flexibility by how she is stretching her spine and using movement in her back.
This shows body composition by the girl measuring her waist and trying to figure out her body mass.
This picture shoes speed because she is moving very quickly and is in motion and the way her hair is in the air you can see she is moving fast.
The men are moving back and forth through the sticks in the ground and each one they are changing their position.
The person is showing balance because he's not falling off the thin wire and he able to keep himself stable, instead of falling off the wire.
He is using coordination by moving up his left leg each time and only focusing on his leg movement in the exercise.
This picture represents reaction time because when the girls hear the beep when they need to go their reaction is to run and their arms are up and they take a big step when they hear the beeper thing go off.
This woman in the picture is showing power by using all of her muscles to the max to jump up on that ledge and that takes power from your body, strength and energy to do a work out like this.
