Dear Parents and Families,
This month at Midland we are highlighting the character traits of GIVING and GENEROSITY. December is an important time for students to focus on others. One way that students can focus on giving is through our Giving Store. This month, as students are earning their Midland Pride Tickets for demonstrating our school expectations, they can save them to go shopping at the Giving Store. This one day shopping event, on December 19th, allows students to purchase a gift for a family member. As students earn more Midland Pride Tickets, they will have opportunities to purchase more gifts, or a larger item for a special gift.
The gifts for our store are all donated items from our Midland community and staff. If you have new items that could be small appropriate gifts for students to give to a family member, we welcome your donations. Please contact Mrs. Waters if you have a donation or any questions. She can be reached by calling our school office at 253-298-4500. Thank you, in advance, for supporting our students!
In the spirit of giving,
~Mrs. Dawson
