Q1 Report Cards Available November 1st!

Report cards will be available online in PowerSchool again this year. Parents will need to log into their Powerschool account to view and download their child’s report card.

Hard copy report cards will continue to be mailed to the homes of students who have earned a final quarter grade of a D or F.

Please contact AHS Registrar, Jolaine Pfeifer with any questions or if you need assistance logging into your PowerSchool account.

Senior Photo Deadline & Yearbook Orders

Yearbooks are currently $70 until 10/25. Buy your yearbook HERE before prices go up!

The deadline to turn in a senior photo and quote for the yearbook is December 1, 2019. Please submit your photo in the highest quality possible, with an appropriate quote to

The schedule below will be used for weeks when we have fewer than 5 days of school. Just a reminder that attendance is taken during meeting time every week! These meetings are not just Ex Ed related and students are required to attend!

From the IB Coordinator

IB 2020 testing fees will be emailed to parents and added to student accounts (available to pay through eFunds) this month. Parents will be expected to complete a google form acknowledging the tested class(es) and the cost. Included will also be an application for a scholarship to help with testing costs. Keep a lookout for this email.

News from SEE (Social, Emotional, Ethical learning)

The purpose of SEE learning is to help students explore and investigate how they can best take care of themselves and each other, specifically with regard to their emotional and social health. This will allow students to flourish and make sound decisions that benefit themselves and others. Here is a quick glance at the purpose of the SEE curriculum.

On 10/9/19 the students had their second SEE learning experience with their Experiential Education groups. The learning objectives were to define and apply the following terms: mindfulness, resiliency zone (grounding, tracking, and resourcing). For more information, please contact Megan Noonan at

Spring Musical Auditions

  • Wednesday Dec. 11th
  • Tuesday, Dec 17th
  • Wednesday, Dec. 18th- Callbacks (All are required to attend)

Open to grades 7-12. Rehearsals start Jan. 6th. Performances run March 12-15.

The Talent Show this year will be held in January. The High School will have their own performance (separate from AMS & AES) so start planning your act now!

Every Student Flies

Aspen High School students have taken flight! Students are taking a FREE flight lesson with Certified Flight Instructors and learning about aviation careers with the Every Student Flies program.
