Restorative Yoga
Gentle. Tranquil. Relaxing.
Nourishing. Restful. Revitalizing.
These are a few words that describe the restorative yoga class taught by Morgan Martin at the Parkville Recreation Center on Tuesday evenings. Bring your yoga mat and a comfy blanket for a class that will bring revitalization to your organs, nervous system, and mind. Long holds rest the mind and the slower pace will allow deeper stretches in each pose. Morgan will provide guided meditations to further quiet the mind and bring awareness to the practice. This class is geared towards all levels.

About The Teacher
Morgan has been practicing yoga for twelve years and was drawn to the practice because of the benefits to the mind and body. She hopes to bring her knowledge and experience of the asana practice to her students with a focus on self-acceptance. Morgan wants to share the everyday miracles that yoga offers like soothing the body and quieting the mind. She completed her 200 hour teacher training at Charm City Yoga in 2012, under the training of Kim Manfredi, Camille Moses-Allen and Chris Jamison. She lives in Parkville with her husband Ryan and a loving lab mix, Emma.
