What's Happening

I can't believe this is the last newsletter of the year! We have a very busy week coming up.

Monday, June 24 - Please remember to bring your boats, as today we will be testing our boats to see if they can carry a load, are waterproof and if they are stable in the water. Also, we will be having an Ice Cream Sunday party with our reading buddies in the afternoon!

Tuesday, June 25 - We will be going to the Qube in the morning. Please ensure your child has socks, long sleeves and long pants. Students can bring their uniforms to change into after the Qube.

Wednesday, June 26 - Today is the last day of school, and report cards will be going home today. If you are leaving early for holidays, please let the office know where you would like the report cards sent. Today is also "Dress Like a Pirate" day. We will be going over to the MUST Auditorium from 9:00 to 11:00 to watch a pirate movie. We will also be having a class party in the afternoon to celebrate our learning. If you are able to send snacks for our party, that would be great. Please send a note in the agenda if you are able to send something.

We had a great trip to the Maritime Museum and even got to go into a sampan.

It has been a pleasure to have had the opportunity to work with your child this year! I will miss them all. Have a safe and enjoyable summer!
