To ensure I have the very best health I can every day, I will manage stress, anxiety, and anger in a positive way. I will think healthy,happy thoughts and imagine myself as healthy.


I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in my future. But, I will react to that "pain" by seeing pains as a positive thing. What I will gain from that "pain" is it will tell me what to do and what not to do. It will tell me to make a change or see things differently. I will learn from my pain and, as a result, I will no longer experience that pain and I will be a happier person.


I am who i am because of my surroundings.

I want happiness from life. So, I need to surround myself with good, happy, and outgoing people
