Panther Press
Week of 10/25 - 10/29
A message from your Principal:
Panthers,
To maintain safety on our campus, we are asking that all students wear their student id's everyday. We will communicate this expectation to our students over the next couple of weeks. If your students needs a replacement id, they can stop by the library to get one printed. Lost id's cost $5 to replace. Please remind your student to wear their student id every morning.
This is Red Ribbon Week - Say No to Drugs and Yes to Healthy Choices! Students will be allowed to dress up to show their support! Please note that all costumes must be dress code appropriate & may not include masks or weapons.
We need all students to make sure that they are charging their chromebook every night so that they are able to complete their course work during the school day.
Unfortunately, we did not have enough groups sign-up for the Trunk or Treat event. Therefore, we are canceling the event. We are hoping that we can host this event next year.
Please remember that next Monday, November 1st is a student holiday. We hope that you enjoy the extra day off next weekend.
Panthers: Make it a great week! The choice is yours!
Respectfully,
Heath Walz
Proud Principal

RMS PTA Newsletter 24 October 2021
National School of Excellence:
The Ridgeview PTA knows that a strong partnership among our families, school leaders and community members is important to the success of our students and school. That’s why we are participating in the National PTA School of Excellence program, which grows partnerships between PTAs and schools to enrich the educational experience and overall well-being of all students. At a National PTA School of Excellence, families feel welcomed and empowered to support student success, and PTA is a key partner for continuous school improvement.
We need your help! As part of the process, National PTA requests feedback from families, administrators and teachers at two points in the school year—the beginning and the end. Your feedback will help us improve our family-school partnership and achieve excellence. Please take 5 minutes to reflect on your experience at this school and fill out this survey for our school. Survey will be available until 10/27/21.
