There are many benefits of soccer but the main ones are it Increases aerobic capacity and cardiovascular health. Lowers body fat and improves muscle tone. Builds strength, flexibility and endurance. Increases muscle and bone strength. It also helps to improve health due to shifts between walking, running and sprinting. Soccer also helps to teach coordination. Promotes teamwork and sharing teaches you to think on the run. Helps to increase skills in concentration,persistence and self-discipline. It can also provide an opportunity to increase confidence and self-esteem, and help reduce anxiety. It requires very little equipment so it can easily be played in the backyard or park. Is relatively easy to learn, so beginners can easily join in the fun and play basic soccer of recreation.
Many people like soccer cause it pushes them to work hard. Also soccer is a sport for both boys and girls and you don't have to be a certain height to play. I think soccer is very fun and it is also a place to meet new people and make new friends. Soccer is not a hard sport but it is not easy you have to work hard to become a great soccer player. It also has different leagues depending on how much you know about soccer their is rec soccer which is for people who are just beginning soccer or have done soccer but don't know much about it. Than there is wave soccer which is for more advanced people but to be on a wave team you have to try out but to be on a rec team you just sign up.
