Message from Dr. Ramirez
Hello Cedar Ridge Families,
It's official: The CRHS Class of 2021 Graduation Events have begun with the placing of yard signs for our graduating seniors! Last Monday our staff delivered celebration yard signs as a way of saying with are proud of our seniors. You will see these signs posted at homes all around town. Our seniors have faced unusual challenges this year, and they have persevered. Congratulations to each and every graduate.
As we wrap up this year, we are already busy planning next year. Pending unforeseen developments with the pandemic situation, our expectation is to start the 2021-22 school year under Plan A. All classes will be in person, Monday through Friday, and we will be back to our normal 90 minute, 4 block schedule.
I hope you all have a fantastic week.
Sincerely
Dr. Carlos Ramirez

Senior Class Update -Sent to Seniors Recently by Ms. Witherspoon
First, some reminders:
- Remember to check your emails. This is the most effective way teachers and counselors have to communicate with students. Most information will be dispersed in this manner.
- Dr. Ramirez will hold a Senior meeting Monday, April 19th at 10:00 AM.
- AP students please complete the form and respond to your teacher about which date and how (paper-pencil or digitally) you plan to take your AP exams. (See your email)
- Senior CTE Concentrator students will take the WorkKeys test next week. Check your email for your reminder from today!

Senior Sidewalk Painting event (planned for this weekend) canceled due to projected inclement weather. Each senior who signs up will be assigned to paint a 5' x 5' sidewalk square leading into the gym. The new date will be on Saturday and Sunday, April 17 and 18. We have paint and brushes for you. Click here to sign up for various times. Leave your Red Wolf Mark!
- Here are some guidelines about the sidewalk painting: Guidelines
- Each senior will be assigned their own spot and will have the opportunity to paint it however they’d like. This is a special opportunity for the graduating seniors to leave their legacy. No political statements. Keep it G Rated or it will be painted over!
- Sketch out your drawing BEFORE you arrive to paint. It is hard to size and visualize a design without an original sketch. For best results, measure a square on a piece of paper and then sketch within the square. AGAIN, draw it all out on paper BEFORE you arrive to paint!
- Once you have your assigned spot, sketch out your design with a marker or pencil on the sidewalk BEFORE beginning to paint.
- You MUST sign up for a designated time slot.
- We will abide by our current safety protocols. The pictures below are from parking lots - we use sidewalks, about a 5x5 square, in the area from the student parking to the gym entrance.
