A DAY OF FREE AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT CLASSES!
Throughout this event, Awareness Through Movement classes will be offered simultaneously in two different rooms.
Awareness Through Movement lessons are usually performed lying down, so please bring a mat or blanket that will allow you to be comfortable on the ground. Two chair classes will also be offered for those who have difficulty getting down to the floor (see schedule below).
2 CLASSES START AT EACH OF THE FOLLOWING TIMES:
10AM, 11:30AM*, 1:30PM*, 2:45PM
(LUNCH BREAK: 12:45 - 1:30PM)
*at these times, participants will have the option of doing a class sitting in a chair or lying on the floor.
