Fall Panorama Survey is Live!

Please take this CCS survey. Our school is affected by participation or lack thereof.

The survey window is now open through October 28. please do it before you forget and time runs out! Know that your participation and answers cannot be identified personally, and the input is used to determine how the district can better meet community needs in the future. Your input is valuable, and we use your participation to shape our school! We greatly appreciate your participation!

The survey can be found here:

Go to https://surveys.panoramaed.com/ccsoh/familyfall22/surveys and select Columbus Africentric Early College from the dropdown menu then click "Take this survey".
Recommended guidance for families with multiple children is that they should complete one survey for their oldest child in each school. That said, the open link gives families the flexibility to provide feedback in whatever way makes the most sense to them.

If you have more than one child at a school, we only ask you to complete the survey once for that school from the perspective of the oldest child.

Thank you for your participation!
