Fair Use
Fair use is a limitation and exception to the exclusive right granted by copyright law to the author of a creative work.
What is copyright?
the legal right given to an originator or an to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material.
Public Domain
Works in the public domain are those whose exclusive intellectual property rights have expired, have been forfeited, or are inapplicable.
For example, the works of Shakespeare and Beethoven, and most of the early silent films, are all now in the public domain by either being created before copyrights existed or leaving the copyright term.
Digital Citizenship
A digital citizen refers to a person utilizing information technology (IT) in order to engage in society, politics, and government participation.
