Fall Information
Welcome to the 2021-2022 sports season at Central!
- Monday, August 30 - first practice for Football and Soccer
- Tuesday, August 31 - first practice for Field Hockey and Cheerleading
Students interested in playing must have the following paperwork completed in order to participate which includes practice and tryouts. Click on the links below to access the forms which are found on Central's website. These forms are also available in the main office.
- Physical Form - The date on the physical form must be after June 1, 2021
- Emergency Information Card
- PCMS Extracurricular Code - signed by parent and student-athlete
Students bringing sports equipment to the school are able to store these items in the girl's or boy's locker rooms in the morning before they report to their assigned area.

Please note: Football Equipment Pick-Up is Wednesday, September 1 at the high school at 2:30pm. Bussing will be provided to and from the high school.

PRACTICE INFORMATION
2021-2022 HEALTH & SAFETY PLAN
GENERAL PRACTICE INFORMATION
- Must bring your own water and water bottle. We are not able to provide water.
- Must be picked up by 4:45pm at the specific field
- Late bus arrives at 5:00pm if students do not have a ride home
- Traffic route for practice is the same as the AM and PM arrival and dismissal one-way
- Please note that the physical form needs insurance information. This is often overlooked and results in unnecessary delays.
PRACTICE AND GAME CANCELLATIONS - COMMUNICATION
- Daily updates will be posted on Central's website
- Announcements in-school
- Coaches will also provide a means for communicating with parents and students
SOCCER - First Day of Practice
- All remote and in-school student-athletes must report to the soccer field at 3:10pm. The soccer practice field is the first athletic field on the right after entering the Pennridge Central campus from Walnut Street.
- Must have shin guards and cleats in order to practice.
- Must bring your own water bottle.
FOOTBALL - First Day of Practice
- All remote and in-school student-athletes must report to the football field at 3:05pm.
- Must have cleats for practice
- Must bring your own water bottle.
FIELD HOCKEY - First Day of Practice
- All remote and in-school student-athletes must report to the field hockey field at 3:20pm.
- Must have shin guards and mouth guards in order to practice.
- Must bring your own water bottle.
CHEERLEADING - First Day of Practice
- All remote and in-school student-athletes must report to the gym by 3:05pm.
- Must bring your own water bottle.
