This workshop has been designed for running inside organisations. We help aspiring leaders to leverage their diversity or specialisations by developing both internal and external networks for maximum impact. The organisation as a whole also benefits by having staff who are able to transcend the internal silos to extract maximum organisational benefit.

'Network for Success' Workshop
We administer a Personal Networking Diagnostic for your participants and provide them with a customised report to bring to this workshop. At the workshop they will be introduced to the fundamentals in organisational network development; learn how to act as a 'bridge' between diverse groups using our Partnership Scorecard technique and participate in a group discussion on their personal diagnostic results. Topics covered include: Understanding how organisational networks drive business results; building your internal reputation; analysing your own social network; working with the 'hidden' organisation; understanding the different networking roles; innovating through networks; and balancing internal and external connections.
Tailored Individual Network Development Coaching Program
We work with the client to design a personal development program for each participant. The programme may include a mix of personal tasks, group projects and personal networking goals for the next 12 months, based on their personal diagnostic results. Participants will be provided with a facility to check their own progress by re-assessing their networks over time.
Organisational Impact Assessment
To better understand the organisational impact of your cohort of 'Network Savvy' leaders, we offer the opportunity to map their progression as a group, within the context of the overall organisation, after a 12 month period of development. With this option an organisational network analysis survey would be conducted using a uniform sample of respondents across the organisation, inclusive of the cohort. Alternatively individual networking results can be combined (anonymously) to create an overall organisational picture. The analysis will identify the progress that individuals and the cohort as a whole are making toward meeting their career aspirations. It also provides the organisation with an overall pattern of connections for comparison with 'best practice' examples maintained by Optimice.
