CES Partner Post

August 18, 2021

Greetings from Mrs. La Fara

Good Evening, Families:

I hope your child(ren) had a wonderful first day of school. It was amazing to see and hear the excitement that our students had as they entered the building. As I visited each classroom today, I was able to meet our newest Cowboys and welcome back our returning Cowboys! We have a fabulous school & school community, and I am truly so fortunate to be leading at CES.

Thank you for being mindful of our arrival procedures as well as timeliness in escorting your children to their classrooms. We will follow this process again this Thursday & Friday, and then we will celebrate independence day on Monday. Beginning Monday, 8/23 we will close the staff/front visitor lot during arrival. With that in mind, if you will be driving to campus and exiting your vehicle to walk your child to the school doors, please follow the car line and park in the back lot. We will have staff available throughout the building to help students as needed.

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce you to all of our amazing teachers and staff at CES. We have several returning Cowboys and a few new faces as well. We all look forward to engaging with you this school year. Have a wonderful evening.

All my best,

Mrs. La Fara
