Calico Cottage
March 2022
Thank you all for coming out to the Grand Re-opening!
It was wonderful to see everyone and share my dreams and hopes for the shop. The cookies were not bad either. Fabric, patterns and notions continue to arrive daily. The new inventory is taking shape. Customers continue to ask me what my style is.....? I have been thinking about this for quite some time and I have decided that it is eclectic, because I love all the fabric styles and can see uses for each of them. My hope is that our customers continue to find Calico Cottage inviting and there is fabric here for everyone's tastes. If you have not been in since the first of the year one of the first things, you will notice is that we have over 340 new bolts of fabric! Gosh, I guess I really enjoy buying fabric!
There are "new" faces at the shop along with some familiar faces, I would like to take a minute and introduce our dedicated and qualified staff.
Diane McLeod - Business Manager & Lorinda Bailey - Sewing Manager
The "Piecemakers" are Ann Hinton, Carla Hubl, Jo Wright, Deb Thompsen, Eileen Krumbach & Sharon Selley (Longarmer)
At the present time we are cross training our full staff to help all of our customers. The Julie's Xpressions "Beady Girls" are Linda Miller, Rickie Crandell, Diane Vaupel, Gigi Asselin & Debbie Holmberg. Dee Ramsey is our Website and Social Media Manager, Mary Powell and Peg Johnson our "go to" girls.
Julie Ochsner - Owner
I am going to say it one more time!

Join Julie on Facebook Live (platform has changed) at 5:00 PM to be the first to experience what is "new" in the shop. The plan is to hold a Facebook Live connection once a month (on the second Friday of the month) so that customers can see what is new and ask questions on the post.
- 12 Months of Christmas - Guess what Julie's favorite holiday is... yep it is Christmas and giving is one of her favorite things to do.
