A Message from Jen & Jane
In our recent survey we heard loud and clear that you want information from the SLS in a more condensed format rather than through multiple emails. We will be compiling as much info as possible to send to you once or twice a month through this format. Please let us know what you think.
Advocacy
Many of you may have already used NYLA’s Take Action website to contact Governor Cuomo about proposed funding to libraries. NYLA has a “second round” letter to send to representatives in the Senate and Assembly. Please take just a few minutes to send a letter to your representatives. It takes just two minutes and it is as easy as typing your name and clicking a button. Visit http://www.nyla.org/max/4DCG/cms/review.html?Action=CMS_Document&DocID=58&MenuKey=advocacy.
