Classroom Visits
10X10X10
An easy way to accomplish this is when you greet students at the door before entering your classroom. Try to be specific with your positive statement. (Example: "Good morning, Juan! You did an excellent job yesterday helping your neighbor.") When students realize that you notice small details such as this, their whole demeanor changes and it becomes a win-win.
