RECRUITMENT STRATEGY
Job Posting Boards – District uses our own internal job posting for every position. We post jobs concurrently on the RPDC sponsored job posting site – MOREAP as well as DESE posting site – Mo Teaching Jobs (was Success link). For industry specific positions, we will use the industry job boards (i.e. Transportation; Nurses; Administrators).
2014 Lincoln County Journal Ads – 5 ads for Drivers, Bus Mechanic, Para’s, Nurses and Substitutes. Total cost $848.35.
2014-15 Job Fairs:
2014 Job Fairs – LCR3 Administrators attended job fairs at Missouri Baptist, Lindenwood, Maryville, Fontbonne and University of Mo – Columbia. Total cost $225.00.
2014 LCR3 On-Site Job Fair – Held a paraprofessional interview job fair at the end of July 2014 to assist principals in hiring 20 Para’s
2015 Job Fairs – LCR3 Administrators will attend job fairs at Missouri Baptist, Lindenwood, Maryville, UMSL and University of Mo – Columbia. Total cost $500 approx.
