The Beginning

Malcolm X born a baptist who later turned Muslim while incarcerated. Malcolm X believed the blacks should be separated from the White Americans. Due to racial violence, beatings, and etc. In 1964 X changed his name to el-Hajj Malik el-Shabazz.

The End

After Captivation

After Malcolm served 6 years in prison he was released. Later became the Minister of Temple No. 7 in Harlem. Whites were especially fearful, recoiling from his sustained pronouncements of crimes against his people. While Martin Luther King Jr., whose philosophy was more at ease.
