The numbers are in...including Venmo donations ($11,872.13 after transaction fees) and profit of $7,668.20 through Midwest Magazine sales, the PTO raised $18,917.23 which is more than we anticipated! The adoption of Venmo use as a currency exchange offers a reduced fee attached to transactions, which has financially benefited our income. We are so appreciative for the support of our Pacelli Community!

The PTO is once again organizing a Staff Christmas Fund to celebrate the many members of Cardinal Pacelli faculty and staff that support our students!

This time of year can get hectic quick, so we'd love to take shopping for these important members of our school family off your list!

Contributing to the staff fund is easier than ever. Venmo the PTO your contribution @CardinalPacelliPTO or send an envelope with cash/check into the front office.

Venmo Users: please include only your family name as you'd like it to appear on the card in the "what's it for?" box (no need to include "staff fund" note, as that is what all of the Venmo funds will be going toward right now). For instance, in the "what's it for" box you might write "The Eveler Family" or "The Family of Gerald & Eddie Rouse."

Note: If you scan the QR code, there is no "what's it for" box - we will default to "[Venmo Last Name] Family;" if you'd like to customize your name, please find @cardinalpacelliPTO through your Venmo app and use the memo box function.

It's almost time for the annual Cardinal Pacelli Christmas Boutique! During this much-loved Pacelli tradition, the Parish Center is transformed into a Christmas Wonderland, where students can shop for their family. This year's Boutique will take place on December 6th and 7th (Tuesday and Wednesday) Proceeds from Boutique sales will be shared with our friends at St. Vincent de Paul and PTO.

This event requires the help of many volunteers to serve as assistant shoppers, crafters, wrappers, and cashiers, as well as volunteers to help pack up and clean up. To volunteer, please sign up HERE - it's so much fun!!!

Tired of looking at that pile of old Christmas gift bags, or that half-used roll of wrapping paper from 3 years ago?? It's your lucky day! Gather up the wrapping supplies that you no longer want and donate to the Christmas Boutique! If you are not sure if what you have will work - just ask. Send a picture to Emily @ hauser_e@cardinalpacelli.org There will be a box in the office for donations.

Several cafeteria and recess time slots have come open and we need your help filling them up to support the teachers! These positions are a monthly commitment and a great way to interact with kids in their "natural" environment.

We are excited to share that Cardinal Pacelli has been selected to host the 2022-2023 Power of the Pen Competition on January 28, 2023! We will have 12 seventh and eighth grade participants in the tournament. Congratulations to our talented Pacelli-composers! This event will require the support of our awesome Pacelli community to put on. Please stay tuned for details to come for how you can support.

The Catholic Schools-Week (CSW) Committee has been heavily invested in so many novel, meaningful plans for this special week! CSW will take place Monday, January 30 through Friday, February 3, at school. Please stay tuned for the week's schedule and details regarding how you can help.
