EU Mobile Challenge
The competition for European young app developers
The aim of the EU Mobile Challenge is to give the opportunity to young developers in making their ideas come true. These developers will be able to present their apps and games in front of a specialized audience, achieving visibility, fund and potential users.
Dates & Key Issues
1. Application & Eligibility: Until 31st of December of 2014 at EUmobileChallenge.com
2. Teams must consist of at least two (2) and no more than six (6) people.
3. At least one member of the team must be between 18 and 25 years old.
4. At least one member of the team must hold a European passport.
5. January 2015. Teams will go through a 1 day acceleration BootCamp.
6. Local semi-final: To be held in Lisbon for portuguese teams.
7. European Final: To be held in Barcelona in mid-February, where the 3 winners of each country will compete for three places in the world final.
8. World Final: During 4YFN, the startup event devoted to innovation in the mobile and digital ecosystem that it is part of Mobile World Congress 2015, winners from each region will compete (AMAC, SEAMAC, EUMAC, LATMAC).
