K-8TH PICKUP
Students are dismissed at 3:11 pm. Please pick up your student/s promptly.
At 3:45 pm, all students will be taken to the late pickup area (commons)
At 4:00 pm, students are considered as late pickups
Actions will be taken to those consistently late pickups
Which car line should I go as I enter the gate entrance?
K-2nd and 5th-8th pickup
Take the right outer lane
5th-8th pickup veer off into the 3rd lane as soon as the 3rd lane begins to go around the building
3rd and 4th pickup
Take the inner left lane as soon as you enter the school ground
REMINDER:
K-4th
Car tags have already been issued. Parents have to be in the car pickup line with the tags visible to our teachers on duty.
No tags, students will not be released. If you are not in the car line and picking up students, parents/guardians would still need to show the car tag before we release students. No students are allowed to cross the other side of the road without a parent/guardian with them.
Safety is our number 1 priority.

Picture Day Is Coming Up!
The HSE picture day ID for ordering on-line is PB019086Y0. If you do not order before picture day, your student can bring the paper order form with exact payment (cash, money order or check payable to Lifetouch) to school on picture day.
Paper order forms will be sent home soon and are also available at the front office.

Each club has a different dismissal time. Please check the club dismissal times listed and pick up your student/s promptly.
To All 7th Grade Parents!
To all 7th grade parents, please turn in a copy of the most current vaccine record to the school Nurse no later than 9/12.
All 7th-grade students MUST have their Tdap & MCV4 vaccines.
Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) Announcement!
Gifted and Talented Education (GATE) Announcement!
In accordance with the Texas State Plan for the Education of Gifted/Talented students, Harmony Public Schools will begin taking referrals for kindergarten and newly-enrolled students in grades 1-12 for gifted and talented screening. Anyone interested in the educational welfare of these students may refer them for assessment.
Referral forms are available at the front office and on the school's web site.
The forms must be returned to the front office by Friday, September 27, 2019. The assessment period will begin on Tuesday, October 1, 2019.
For more information about the screening and identification process, parents may contact the school's GT coordinator or GT coach/teacher.

8th graders get to have campy fun and get some P-SAT prep in during a weekend with their classmates!
