Most Americans are very educated on the fact that fast food is not healthy in general, especially if one is constantly eating at a fast food chain. However, although we are all aware of this, we still continue to eat out.

This graph shows that more than HALF of Americans eat out at a fast food chain AT LEAST once a week, if not more.

Although one may be very busy, sometimes all the chaos stops and one can actually go enjoy a meal at home for once, but yet we still crave that restaurant favorites.
