See below for for our weekly news.
Reminders!!!
-Please be sure to return students' gray folder everyday, It is important that they have it to take their papers home each day.
-Students will often come home with Take-Home Pages for students to continue to practice what we are learning in the classroom. These papers do not need to come back to school.
What Are We Learning?
In CKLA Knowledge, we are finished with our nursery rhymes and are moving on to fables. Our last few nursery rhymes included "Little Boy Blue", "Humpty Dumpty", "Baa, Baa, Black Sheep". Please look at your child's Nursery Rhyme book with them and sing them with your child.
We continued science this week about weather.
In Math, we have been talking about patterns and getting time to work in workplaces.
With our CKLA Skills, we have been practicing blending words with 3 sounds together using our arm and learned how to make a curvy line and spirals. We also spent time practicing tracing our names.
