Student Access to the Building Begins This Week!
The SLJH procedures for this process are as follows:
· Sign up for a time to drop off school items and pick up personal items by clicking on these links: (only sign up for one time please!)

Please note that anyone entering the building MUST wear a mask. Students may be accompanied by one adult but it is not necessary. Social distancing guidelines (staying 6 feet apart) will be enforced.
· Please gather all school items such as technology devices, library books, textbooks, books borrowed from ELA teachers, instruments checked out, choir uniforms, athletics equipment, and PE clothes that need to be returned to school. Please place technology devices that were checked out from the district in a Ziploc bag with the charger and cord included. The campus will send an electronic receipt by email after technology devices have been turned in. You will receive the receipt within 7-10 business days.
· Students will be given an opportunity to clean out personal items from lockers and PE lockers, as well as pick up other items that may belong to them such as artwork and portfolios. We recommend students bring a bag to place all of their belongings in as the school will not be providing one.
*If you do not feel comfortable having your student come into the building, you may place items belonging to the school on the cart outside the door located at the Northeast corner of the building as you come through the front drive. You do not need to sign up for a time to do this. The cart will be available on the following dates from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.: May 14, 15, 18, 19, 20.
Awards
SLJH will be distributing awards to students on May 18th and 19th. If your child has been selected for an award, you will be notified via email with specific pick up information. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and the reduced access this has caused, we are only able to distribute a limited number of awards this year. These awards include only "special" awards selected by teachers and do not include Honor Roll or Perfect Attendance.
Have you moved or are you moving over the summer?
If so, please complete the Summer Mover Form linked below. The SLJH Registrar will review and contact you if additional forms are needed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact (TonyaLBrickey@katyisd.org) Please complete by May 15, 2020.
School Supplies Orders
SLJH PTA will be selling school supply kits for all grade levels July 1st - July 15th. Due to the current circumstances we will be following the Katy ISD guidelines set for us. We know that the window to purchase school supply kits was cut short but please know that this was done in order to ensure that we receive the kits in time for Spartans in Sync. Please follow our Facebook page and our website at https://sljhpta.org/ for the school supply link to purchase on July 1st. If you were one of the few who were able to purchase before we closed the store link for school supply kits please know that we received your order.
