Panorama Surveys to Gather Stakeholder Feedback
HSE Schools is excited to announce a new partnership with Panorama Education. This partnership allows our schools to collect valuable feedback from three critical stakeholder groups: students, parents, and teachers. Over the next three weeks, we will be conducting surveys to learn more about the perceptions and needs of our school community. All K-12 students will participate in the Panorama Social-Emotional Learning Survey at school during the March 18 – 29 survey window. Family survey links will be sent directly from Panorama Education to the Guardian 1 email address on file in Skyward during the same window.
Learn more about social emotional learning and HSE Schools Comprehensive Student Success efforts by visiting hseschools.org and clicking on school counseling. If you have questions about the student survey or to opt out, please contact your building principal or Dr. Susan Drumm, HSE's Chief Analytics Officer (sdrumm@hse.k12.in.us). If you don’t receive your unique family survey link via email on March 18, please contact either support+hseschools@panoramaed.com or sdrumm@hse.k12.in.us.
HSE Schools are grateful to our grant partners for providing funding for this survey opportunity. Thank you in advance for your feedback and for all you do to help all 22,000 HSE Students become #HSEFutureReady.
March Disability Awareness Month
Join the Fishers Advisory Committee on Disability for a month-long celebration to bring awareness to what life is like for those with physical and intellectual disabilities. Through this year's theme, Empowering Fishers: Ask How, events will engage the community to learn more about the accommodations for those with disabilities, share the value of those with physical and intellectual disabilities in the workplace, and celebrate the talents and contributions of those with disabilities in our community.
Visit http://fishers.in.us/DisabilityAwareness for more information about the events listed and to register.

From our Teacer Librarian
Read-a-Thon: Thank you so much to all that have already donated to our Library and Maker Studio through our Read-a-Thon! We are only about 1/2 way to our goal of raising $6,000. Please consider donating! Your donations will help buy new books, items for our Maker Studio, and support library programs. Cash or checks made payable to CRE can be made through Monday, March 11th.
Maker Studio: Our students love to make, and we are running low on consumable materials. I would love to have paper towel or toilet paper tubes, cereal boxes, or any other item that students can "make" with. Or, if you are cleaning out drawers/closets, we would love to have any art/craft supplies or building materials (Legos, etc.). If you have items to donate, please send to Mrs. Hicks. Thank you!
Here is this week's news link...topics are 3rd grade STEM projects and yearbooks/contest.
