Westfield Theater Rocks "Tartuffe"
Students in WHS theatre performed Timothy Mooney's adaptation of Tartuffe this weekend. Tim Mooney attended the Thursday performance and offered feedback and praise to the students afterwards. Performing on stage always has its challenges but this show challenged students on an advanced level. Speaking in iambic pentameter (in verse) is a high level skill that students achieved helping them to grow as actors and showed the Westfield Community that the caliber of theatre was brought to a new level. The directors are beyond impressed and proud of these wonderful students' achievements! We all look forward to seeing Little Shop of Horrors and The Diary of Anne Frank next school year!
