Fourth Grade & Outclass Teachers...

The fourth grade choir students will be having dress rehearsals Monday – Thursday, December 14-17. I have attached a choir roster to this email – it has the choir students listed by homeroom.

Outclass teachers – these students will be missing from your classes each day.

Fourth grade teachers – please send these students to me during outclass all next week (except Friday). Classes scheduled for music on these days will report to Mrs. Berkowitz.

On Friday, 12/18, the choir students will come to school dressed in their costumes (most are wearing typical winter clothing). I would like to have them in the music room by 8:15 am to gather and prepare for the performance at 8:30 am. The choir will have their ‘party’ to celebrate the completion of the performances during their lunch that day (12/18/15). They will report to the music room during their lunch period (11:10-11:25).

Please let me know if you have any concerns.
