EIM Certification - Important

Please make sure you are up to date on your EIM certification. They are only valid for one year. You MUST have this in order to do any volunteer hours that involve children, which includes the Fest-of-All. If you are unsure of your current certification expiration date, please contact Ms. De Jesus.

At this time all regular EIM Workshops are postponed. Consequently, the EIM Office has developed a temporary online EIM training to fulfill the compliance requirement. This is only available to those who have previously done an in-person EIM Workshop.

Please follow the link ( to complete this training as soon as possible. The class takes approximately an hour to complete.

2020 - 2021 Registration

We currently have 120 students registered for the 2020 - 2021 school year. We also have several tour appointments to show potential new families our great school. Remember, there are tuition discounts available for referral families that complete enrollment for the new school year and begin attendance. First referral receives a 10% discount. Second a 20% discount. Third a 30% discount. Fourth a 40% discount. Fifth a 50% discount!

Within the 120 registered students, we have a few that are missing information. Please keep an eye on your e-mail as Ms. De Jesus and Mrs. Garcia will be sending out e-mails to approximately 10 families that have forgotten to sign & date their registration forms. This MUST be done in order to complete your registration. You can also check your registration on your Renweb account.

Parents, we have heard your concern about the cost of uniforms with Lands' End. We have researched and found a more affordable, with same quality, company for our school. Please keep an eye out for our new link to SCHOOLBOX UNIFORMS by French Toast! Mrs. Garcia is working with Schoolbox uniforms to create our school website. There will be clear instructions by grade level for ease of ordering. As an incentive, French Toast Schoolbox Uniforms will be waiving the embroidery cost of $5.95 thru June 22nd. We are working to get the graphics approved so that we are able to move forward with ordering uniforms and utilizing the discount asap.

St. Joseph Tigers - Athletic Program

This year we are starting up our athletics program! This is coming year we will be offering several sports that students can participate in.

Cross Country

Possibly Softball and Disc Golf to be added depending on participation and availability of parent co-coaching volunteers.

Field Reseeding

With all the Covid issues going on we have not been able to get corporate or individual sponsors to help with the cost of having the field reseeded, and that is a big field. The cost would be between $1,500 - $2,000 to buy the grass seeds & fertilizer to reseed the entire field. The sooner this happens the better to be prepared for our athletic teams this coming school year. If you are able to help with any amount, even $5 helps. Donations can be brought to the school M-Th, 9 am-3 pm, please let them know it is designated for the school field. Any additional funds will be set aside for improvements & maintenance of the field, including possibly buying bleachers in the future.

Equipment Donations

Cleaning our your closets, shed, garage, etc and don't know what to do with all that sports equipment/gear that you no longer use? Please consider donating them to the school as we are going to need equipment/gear for games and practices.

Fest-Of-All 2020

Save the Date

Fest-of-All 2020 will be 10 am - 6 pm on Sunday: October 11, 2020.

No Truck

This year, with everything going because of Covid-19, we will not be raffling off a new truck. The Fest of All committee is looking for other grand prize options and will be making a decision soon. Parents will still be asked to fulfill their obligation of selling a packet of tickets per family.
