Reality Check
Are you interested in a career in the healthcare field?
The Spring Health Career Pipeline Program (HCPP) is an 8-week program being held, at no cost to students, Mondayβs at 5:30-7:00pm from March 6-April 24. The majority of weekly sessions will be held in person at the Central Michigan University College of Medicine location (1632 S. Stone St.), with a couple virtual classes held as well via Zoom. These weekly sessions will expose health profession-interested students to a variety of potential career paths and local professionals. During their participation, students will also be paired with a college student mentor pursuing a health professions career. These experiences will assist in developing a network to support studentβs future goals.
We are opening this opportunity to 9th and 10th grade students throughout the Saginaw area and would greatly appreciate any assistance in promoting this opportunity to students who could benefit from this offering.
The online application is due Friday, February 10, and can be accessed below.
