Hi Bob , blistering is perfectly normal, this happens because of the intense inflammatory response that helps lighten pigment. You should only worry if there's swelling , pain , or redness around your blisters. Talk with your dermatologist if you have any of these problems.
Hi Lili , you can consider getting it removed via laser or getting it surgically removed. Both of these are somewhat painful and cost a bit of money though. I would consider getting it covered or learning to love it. Makeup cover is also an option.
