Soil !

Soil is a valuable resource everything that lives on land depends directly or indirectly on soil. Plants depend on soil to grow(live). Both humans and animals depend on plants for food which depend on soil. When you think about NC you think about crops. Soil is important to farmers because they need it to grow their crops. Cecil is the most common type soil in North Carolina. Cecil soil series is very deep, well-drained, moderately permeable soils on upland ridges and side slopes.
