Please help pass the word around that PreK enrollment begins Monday, February 21st for our community. The online registration form (available 2/21/23) will need to be completed for each PreK student that wants to participate in the drawing. The registration will be open until March 9th. There will be a Parent Enrollment Information Night that will be held on Thursday, February 23rd at 5:30 pm at Norman North High School in the Nancy O'Brian Professional Development Center. Any new PreK and New to Norman Kindergarten Parents for the 2023-2024 school year are invited to this meeting.

Please save the dates on your calendar for an upcoming important Student-Led Parent Teacher Conference that will be held on March 9th and 10th. You will be receiving information by early March from your child's teacher regarding this event where our students share how they have grown this year.

We have an exciting new feature for tracking "left early" students. If a parent needs to pick their child up early for an appointment, they will need their i.d. to scan in the Kiosk. It is a very simple process and it is a way we can document the departure time easily rather than writing on paper to enter into the system. We appreciate your patience as we move to this new routine and we will kindly remind you that you will need your driver's license/i.d. to check out your child. We want your child to be successful in school and that means supporting and encouraging their whole development. While excelling in academic classes is important, children also need skills to take on learning challenges, make good decisions, manage strong emotions, and get along with others.
