What is meditation?

Meditation is a state of deep thought and inner peace that is reached by focusing on breathing and releasing all thoughts of negativity. It is often used to relieve stress and anxiety.

What is Hypnosis?

the induction of a state of consciousness in which a person loses their control of voluntary action and is highly responsive to suggestion. Hypnosis was used for years as a form of therapy but can also be used for entertainment purposes.
