Virtual Parent Teacher Conferences November 23rd & 24th
Virtual Parent - Teacher Conferences are coming up this month. Here is the most important information you will need at your fingertips:
1. Conferences are virtual through Google Meets links and will take place between 1pm - 8pm on Monday (11/23) and Tuesday (11/24).
2. All Park View parents can sign-up between Saturday (11/14) and Friday (11/20) thru Skyward.
3.To sign-up in Skyward, please follow these directions.
4. Once you sign-up in Skyward, your child(ren)'s teacher(s) will send you a Google Meets link for you to access the meeting. Please be sure to join the link at the exact time of the meeting.
We appreciate you partnering with us to create the best learning experiences for your child(ren) at Park View School. Please be sure to save time on your calendar during those conference days for a meeting.

**Please do not send your child(ren) to school if they are exhibiting those symptoms outlined in the verification form (and above) as this can negatively impact our ability to keep the classroom open.
**Please do not send siblings to school if a person in the family is being quarantined.
**If you travel to another state on the Illinois quarantine list, Illinois recommends that you quarantine. We hope that you would follow that recommendation to keep our school environment safe for the other students, families and staff members. Call the attendance line if you are quarantining after travel.
The goal is for our students and families to experience hybrid and remote learning; whichever your family chose to participate in. We know all families are faced with different situations and you are making the best decision for your family; so whether hybrid or remote only, please know we want all our students participating and learning each day. This can only happen if staff and students stay healthy.
Helping PV Families During the Holidays
We are also beginning our "Snowflakes of Sharing" event at Park View. Families can donate Kohl's gift cards or cash and we will make sure all of our Park View students can open a gift during the holiday. Please click on this Snowflakes of Sharing flyer for details. Thank you for all you do to help our community.
Don't Miss Reflections
Please don't forget to participate in the National PTA Reflections Program. The theme this year, " I Matter Because . . . . . " This is a perfect way for your child(ren) to express why they matter using their own creativity (dance, film, literature, music, photography, visual arts). Everything you need to know about how to enter is right here in this flyer. I hope to see lots of Panthers submit reflection projects and represent Park View School. The deadline is November 10th.
